Fill Email address on form automatically from members area login

I'd like to pre-fill an email address field in other forms on the the website that members have already entered to access the members only area. Is this possible?
I have seen an answer in post https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/111983 but I do not see the insert widget button on the insert HTML code page.

Alan, back in version 10 (and perhaps later), placing an html object and opening it gave a list of available widgets. By version 13 no such widget list existed and largely the term widget had all but disappeared.
The functionality of these widgets appears to have been replaced by optional objects.
As for pre-filling the email address field, I do not believe this is possible with normal WX5 objects.
If I am wrong, hopefully someone will correct me.
probably with HTML object and by coding a cookie (with email address) and to retrieve it to get the value by other HTML object and to fill the field
But sometimes it stupid to re-develop some codes with a tool like WSX5 which is based on zero coding !
