How can I get my credits back?  en

I had 35 credits and Incomedia said they now expired.  I have been a loyal customer for many years and paid for many version upgrades of your software.  Please restore my credits and I will purchase a software element ASAP.  I don't believe its fair that these credits expired.

Hello.I sent a request to the company staff regarding your question.Expect an answer from them here in the comments.

But there may be a problem with the conditions: "To activate a pack, visit the My Credits page and enter the code you got in the email message received. Now you can start shopping on the Marketplace. You have 365 days from the date of activation to use your Credits.".

Unfortunately, I must confirm that your credits expired on March 25th, and unfortunately expired credits can be reactivated, I am really sorry about this! Please consider we inform about this on the Credits page Aleksej also reported, as well as on our FAQ page.
