Setting Up Payment Gateaway

I received code as below (also attached) from my payment gateaway provider. My question are how should i pass the parameters. And where can i obtain the info to replace the parameter below. Appreciate if you could assit t provide me with some tips, as I have zero knowledge with regard to this:
if(isset($_POST['detail'])&&isset($_POST['amount'])&&isset($_POST['order_id'])&&isset($_POST['name'])&&isset($_POST['email'])&&isset($_POST['phone'])){
what I meant is that:-
['detail'] to be replace with ?
['amount'] to be replace with ?
['order_id'] to be replace with ?
['name'] to be replace with ?
['email'] to be replace with ?
['phone'] to be replace with ?
attached zip file for reference. May you also advice, should I copy only line 7 until line 37 and paste it inside custome code in the Website X5, Payment Type Window's Field?

Incomedia will not react on this - it's a "third party software".
I'm bugging them for months and months to add aditional payment gateway - for all of us who are not "fortunate enough" to be able to use PayPal...
...I'm still living in hope they will react - heck the implementation of STRIPE (or SKRILL?) has been explained on the FORUM, but they have other things in mind...
