Thanks for the screen shot. There are two things that might need to be changed here. Firstly, although it says "optional", it might help if you put in the Destination Folder. In my site it is "httpdocs" or similar. Check your host documentation to see where they want it.

The second issue is that the FTP address you have in yours does not look right. Mine goes in as an IP address. Again, try to look at the documentation from your hosting company to see what they require. Hope this helps.
