Shopping Cart - See through background

On the New 2020 version when an item is added to the basket the dialogue box asking CHECKOUT or CONTINUE SHOPPING has a transparent background. How/where can I correct this to a white background

That is the place to be :)

in shopping cart I have active link to home page... Do you know how I can remov the link.
I klick on black area ,,, you to start buying again
