Hello,
I noticed that now in user table the user password is encrypted.
I have a problem with a client. He lost his password and tried to retrieve.
But he tells me that the password he received by mail doesn't work.
So my question is : How can I see in clear the real password ?

If the password is crypted, it's for a good reason... not readable
It's a GDPR recomandation. 2 years to have it from Incomedia, it's not to decrypted it. !!!
And try to decrypt it seems similary to an hacking action.
Sorry i cannot give you some infos in this way.
Please double check because now the user does not received a password by email but a temporary link to change it...
May be is it this link which does not work or he uses just a part of the link if the link is on 2 lines into email

Bonjour Pascal,
La solution provisoire c'est que le client réinitialiser son mot de passe « c'est simple », par contre s'il reçoit son mot de passe en crypté là c'est clair qu'il y a un souci avec l'hébergeur puisque les informations stockés viennent de là.
Ou ? Problème du logiciel

With the new system, your client will not receive a password in his email. He should receive a link to reset it himself.
Did he try this? Could you try this as well on your website and see if it works right?
Most definitely he should no longer receive a password on his email, so this seems weird to me
