My mobile site, the text and images are all inline, on screen yet there appears a large blank space to the right, this is frustrating as i cannot fathom out how to remove this.

Having tried to reduce header text, even this makes no difference.

Can anyone offer guidance? Thankyou.

Hello Martyn,

I can't see what you're describing.  I've checked on Android and also small viewport on desktop.

How many mobile devices have you tried?

Have you cleared the browser cache on your mobile device(s)?

Kind regards,

Paul

This is probably caused by an Object or Objects which lie outside the permissible area in the header and/or footer of the smaller viewport.

I can see that the Social Icons Object is causing an issue...  but there may be others.

I'll post a screenshot for you shortly.

Its obviously user error, as the templates are all fine.

Step 2 Template > Template Content...

Any Objects in the Header or Footer (at all resolutions, but you specifically need to check the mobile viewport in this case) must lie within the boundary of the checked/patterned area.

In other words the Text Object in the example below needs to be corrected.

You can drag on the box handles to reduce and reposition the Objects as necessary.

Go to Step 2 Template > Template Content, click on the 'Footer' tab, then select the mobile viewport in the column on the left-hand side...  look for the Social Icons Object...  I think it's too big and needs to be reduced in size and brought inside the prescribed footer area.
