Web X cannot connect

Is there telephone support ?
My old site will not upload with the FTP details sent by hosting, the host say everything is ok their side, so tried to upload via filezilla and still cannot upload.
Desparate .............. please help.

If it doesn't work with either WebSite X5 or FileZilla, then the FTP parameters are probably wrong, but the helpers in the forum don't know the correct FTP parameters.
You should name the web hosting provider so that the helpers can perhaps see the scheme of the FTP parameters on the web hosting provider's help page.
