SIDEBAR LOCKED AT 380 LENGTH - HOW DO I CHANGE THE LENGTH

See attached image. I can't change the sidebar length.
The 380 is faded and does not let me change the size.
Please advise.

Dennis, the faded 380 represents the minimum height of your website page, it can be changed by selecting page contents.
Irrespective of this value, the side bar will be as long as required.
