Soundtrack in Gallery

I have an image gallery, and there is an option in the Classic Gallery view to include a soundtrack. I have inserted an .mp3 file and it is uploaded to my hosting server on the gallery folder. However, no sound occurs when the page is loaded. ANy ideas?

If you mean that the soundtrack does not play automatically, then that behaviour is normal for today's web browsers:
https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes
If, however, you are unable to start the audio manually then can you please post a link to the site online?
