André, you can, but you need to change the default colour of all text (and this you may not wish to do because it affects every page in your project).

The bullets are the same colour as the default colour for page text in WX5

I requested a fix to this problem back in 2011 and I am pretty sure I was not the first to make the request, sadly Incomedia do not think that this is an important feature to implement.
