Improve Bullet Lists With Coloured Bullets, Graphics And Numbers

Through all versions of Website I have used, the bullet list option has been less than flexible. Is there any chance of improving or adding to the flexibility of bullet lists without have to resort to a workaround involving tables?
- I would like the option to have the bullets the same colour as the text (not just black which is useless when there is a dark background to the list)
- I would like to have the bullet sizes reflect the text sizes (or be able to set them independently)
- I would LOVE numbered bullet lists just like on this site (is this built with X5 V9 - because if so, how do I do it on my sites)
- It would be great if the option was given to choose your own graphic for a bullet point and have it set as the default bullet.

I am heartily sick of laboriously creating bulleted lists using tables. Is Incomedia ever going to address at least some of the shortcomings of bullet lists in V9?
you have the Bulltet assign a class list and make this with CSS.
