Hello,
how can we design a form that including optional connected to another form without leaving the form.
for example:
in the contact form 1
Q: How old are you?
A1:(if)25 >>>>>>>>>then go & continue to contact form 2 (with different questions)
A2:(if)45 >>>>>>>>>then go & continue to contact form 3 (with different questions)

Hello.As far as I know, at the moment, this can not be done.
Perhaps you can create a form in some third-party service, for example, Google Forms, and then add it to the site.
