Good afternoon, I work with the product WebSite X5 - Evo: At the moment the preview of the sites is not displayed, not even in the projects that I had already finished. I have followed the instructions of different threads related to this problem; the theme of the config.xml file which in my case is located in the path C: \ Users \ ... \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebSite X5 - Evo, but when viewing the file I see that it is well configured according to the instructions. I also run the tool as administrator and I have not changed antivirus. I have to deliver an urgent project, will you help me please?

Trabajo con el producto WebSite X5 - Evo : En estos momentos no se visualizan la vista previa de los sitios, nisiquiera en los proyectos que ya habia terminado.He seguido las instrucciones de hilos diferentes relacionados con este problema ; el tema del archivo config.xml que en mi caso esta ubicado en
la ruta C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Evo, pero al visualizar el archivo veo que esta bien configurado segun las instrucciones.

Tambien ejecuto la herramienta como administrador y no he cambiado de antivirus.

Tengo que entregar un proyecto urgente, ¿me ayudan por favor?.
