Hi guys, please take a look to the attached file, the text I choose is different for the one is loaded when I go thru preview.
please let me know how to fix it.

Can you confirm that you have cleared your browser cache (as per the advice in this thread... https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/228841)?

From what I can see, the Quicksand Light font you have used is a standard font as opposed to a web font. I can't find any evidence of web fonts or Google fonts loaded in the page.
If you wish to use custom fonts and have them displayed exactly the same online as they are in the preview then you need to ensure that you use only web or Google fonts:

Quicksand Light is not available as a Google font, but Quicksand Regular is. You will find it here:

Hi Paul i did what you told me, now the font is not showing me the text, see attached.

Ths Font was updated online, but i'm having issues on the software because now I cannot see the text and the preview page is not working.
Should I reinstall website X5 again?

What exactly is the new issue you're encountering? in what way is the preview page not working?
If you launch the preview, can you see the green bar in the topic indicating that it is loading or not?
If you open whatever Text Object, are they all empty?
Try reinstalling the program first and then keep me posted on this

Hi Stefano, at this time I'm having the issue that all text are empty when I open the text object. Also, the page preview is not shown. I will reinstall the program and will be back to you in a couple of minutes.
