We created a website using a template from X5. That website is www.atldiv.org

Don't remember what template we used and we'd like to use that template on another website.

How can we find out what template was used when we set up the site?

Thanks!

Hi Bill,

thank you for getting in touch.

The template you are referring to looks like a model which used to be available in pretty old versions, it is unfortunately difficult to say which one it was, I am sorry.

Still, if you are planning on using the new version to create your website, which is advisable because not only it includes more functions, but it also assures a better compatibility with the modern browsers and better fulfills the latest web standards, you will be able to choose among 100 new modern templates.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.

If I change or update the template on the site, will it keep the information on the pages originally setup?

Bill, There is not a lot of data content on the pages, as it stands. It shouldnt be a big task to cut N paste the data into a new up to date template, or create one from scratch..

OR

You should be able to import a new template into WX5 open 2 instances of WX5 and copy data from one instance to another.  you can copy objects and complete pages even.

Just an idea, if you need a hand, just give me a shout.  Happy to help..

Andy

Hi Wedgar,

as long as the contents are added on the pages, they shouldn't be affected by the template change.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
