Hello Rick,

Unfortunately the picture seems to be missing.

Could you provide the URL of the website in question please, and also post a screenshot of your server settings in Step 5 > Export the Website to Internet?

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello!

May be? ... If the site online is in HTTPS, you must check that the "S" is added to the URL:

Check it, This has happened to me twice. (head in the clouds) laughing

Hello Rick,

You have a fixed IP set as your FTP Address in your screenshot (208.109.165.148)  -  but the DNS records for your website are currently pointed to a different server (192.124.249.6)

If you temporarily use 192.124.249.6 as the FTP Address in Step 5 of WebSite X5 then you will probably find that everything works OK for the time being.  However, you will need to have a word with your webhost to find out exactly why your server IP address has changed and/or your DNS records are not set correctly.

If you want to avoid this sort of thing in the future then use a hostname in the FTP Address field, instead of a fixed IP address (unless you are absolutely 100% certain that your server IP address will not change).

Kind regards,

Paul
