Traces of unused blog still show on home page when scrolling

Hi
I started a website using a template which had two blog area on it.
I deleted them and have as far as I can see removed all material from the program.
However when I run the webpage live on the home page by scrolling down and sometime up a blog menu appers in the background.
How do I correct it or for that matter search for it?

Hello Kevin,
Try going to Step 2 Template Settings > Sticky Bar and deselect the Sticky Bar option (as shown below):
