Ecommerce Improvement Digital Products Video & Audio Preview  en

Hello Development Team,

It has been long over due request by customers like me to include Video Preview for Digital Downloads Products. Yes there is a workaround to it BUT it is not practical and also Guess What??? the work around is not even working right now. I recenly just discovered that the Video Preview is not working anymore, I am guessing with these recent software update releases caused the issue, because it was working before. 

Please consider looking into this matter, Video Preview NEEDS to be improved and also the Audio Preview is NOT Very Usable as when you try to preview the Audio as soon as you moved your mouse away from the preview play button Audio STOPS playing. Not GOOD!

Into a product description into your catalog you can add quickly a video like this.

You need to add the following into the product parameter

Hello Axel,

Thank you very much for your suggestions. However, since I already have like almost 1000 digital products has been already uploaded before, it is Very Frustrating to redo all the products with this Temporary Solution. The issue I am having is obviously DUE to recent software update releases, I don't have this problem before. 

Also Incomedia has NO Direct Technical Support for us to get help to whatever issues we are having with the software. For us who pays a Yearly Subscriptions called "Update Protection" it is very frustrating NOT to get a Direct Help when we NEED it. Getting help here in Community Help Center is not very helpful, everytime you ask for help it takes forever to get response. I have an open case for 5 days now and I am NOT getting any help.  

For those who are Yearly Paid Subscribers incomedia SHOULD have at least provide a Secure and Safe System, a Chat, a Direct Ticket Support System.

Dealing with software issues is already frustrating, but NOT getting a convenient support from a company is even worst!
