Access management issues

I have set up a webpage using access management. I have one user who is saying that he cannot log in with the credentials that I have given him. when I use his credentials I have no problem at all logging in. As anyone else encountered this problem and if so what was the cause.

The process is case-sensitive. Are you sure that your client is using the correct combination of upper and lowercase characters?

I found the problem. I had one page where the user did not have permission to view...my fault.
