have ordered the product over the internet on the 9/9/2011 and still have not received anything, there is no number to call no help desk, who do i contact? i have a reference no. but there is nowhere to look on the site to check the status of my order!

. . . just set the post to *private* (so that only Inco can read) and attach your order-info and contact-mail. Than you will get the missing information/program soon.
