What can I do to resovle this please.

Hello John,

This probably implies that you do not have the correct version of PHP installed on your web server.

WebSite X5 requires PHP7.1 or newer in order for many of the more advanced features to work properly.

Ask your webhost to assist.  This setting can only be changed on the server... not within WebSite X5.
