Mobile view does not respond in order

i created a page and it views normal in browsers but when i test it in mobile my images and text are unaligned ... i have tried the page breaks and still same issue what am i doing wrong ?
how do i move it back in order without affecting desktop browser view
normal sequence : image,text image, text image, text
mobile view : image , text image , text image ,image text, text
