Receive comments or info from user

I have set up a comments form and a form for enquiries fom users. Both will not send info to me or conformation email to user. I have set the data default email to the of the domain name. still nothing. Any Ideas as to what I am doing wrong please. website psycholohy-counselling.com

Your login credentials are those of the 'Administrator' in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Access Management
Once logged in please visit the Website Test section, where you will find a facility to test various email settings. You may also receive helpful error messages when something doesn't work as it should. Once you find the settings which work with your server then you can enter these settings into the software in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Data Management > Email.
