Hi guys

Tried to edit a page on my site today and it said that the image object 'jssor' is out of date (see screen shot)

How do I update it without losing the contents of the object?

Thanks

Steve

Hello Steve,

First, click on the 'Manage' button shown in the top right of your own screenshot.  This will open the Object Management screen.

Then either find the Jssor Slider in the list of Objects, or click on 'Update Needed' to display only those Objects which require updating.

Finally, click on the 'Update' icon which is highlighted (by the arrow) in the screenshot below:

Kind regards,

Paul

Hi Paul

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, that didn't work for me. When I checked for updates, it said that jssor was already up to date. Bizarrely, I could drag a new jjsor block onto the same page and it didn't say it was out of date and allowed me to add content to it - in other words, I had a page with two blocks saying they needed updating and one that was fine - all jssor. It seems then that just two of the blocks were complaining that they were out-of-date, where as the third was fine. How weird is that?

Anyway, I couldn't access the two out of date blocks, so I simply deleted them and rebuilt them from scratch.

My newness to WebsiteX5 means I've no idea what went on, but it worked-out OK in the end.

Cheers

Steve
