The Websit X5 program (2020 3.3) will no longer open or start. Gets only an error message. Urgent to get this fixed, as I have customers waiting for me! Hope you can reply as soon as possible! Sincerely, Roy

Roy, what is the error message (can you provide a screen shot?)
If the program itself will not start, have you tried re-install (your profile/download)?
Can you still open your project in v2020.2.6? (it is probably necessary to go to your profile, download and get v2020.2 because after release of v2020.3 they modified the earlier installer so it could co-exist).

Roy, it appears you are opening a project when this occurs. Assuming this is a project created in an earlier version, could you instead import the iwzip.
If you do not have an iwzip, open the earlier version, open the project, go to step 5, select export project.
Now go to v2020.3, select import and import your newly created iwzip file. Does the project now open or does it too display an error?
