Set Home page

How do I re-assign the Home page? This seems to be a really simple procedure, but I can't figure out how to do it!

The home page file must have the name: index.html (index.php).

This doesn't work, although it is what I have always done with other website creation software! Firstly, even changing the file name to index (html or php) does not make the Site map alter the page with the Home page graphic. Secondly, it results in a corrupt home page!

If you are experiencing corruption after making edits to your site then hold down the CTRL key whilst entering the Preview mode in WebSite X5. Allow the Preview to build to completion (watch the progress bar near the top of the screen) then make a fresh and full upload of ALL files to your server in Step 5. Lastly, be sure to fully clear your browser cache before testing.
