Template not loading

This morning i bougt the new version of pro because my goal is to launch a renewed website januari 2021
i already had in stock the bought template shootfolio i tried to load it multiple times but it does not load
the last 30 minute it stays in intialising

Let it initializing it may take some time but if after several hoours still no luck then close and
restart pc.
start x5 open a new project. if this works, update to latest version of x5.
if you need to update then after update restart pc again close firewall / virusscanner
and try to load template.

btw are there objects in the template? do you have these objects in x5? Some templates use objects you need to buy, but that should not cause this behavior.
