Updating site from Pro 12 to current

Looking to update from Version 12 straight to current version. Found this link: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/154023 Anything else I need to know and/or be concerned about? We use the site on our Intranet and MANY people depand on it and to have it go down...very bad. Please advise and much thanks! Didnt see a drop down in the Product for Pro 12...so selected Pro 11.

Hello Michael,
That guide will keep you right, but please also be aware that the system requirements are rather different for version 2020. In particular, you will now need a newer version of PHP on your server if you are using any of the advanced features within WebSite X5. The minimum permitted version is currently PHP 7.1:
