Manage accounts trough the x5manager App

At my X5 Manager App I can see the users that have registered.Next their name there are symbols as options for an action.The first symbol is a yellow key the second one is a red cross.
Where do I find the explanation of the functios off this buttons?
Op mijn X5 Manager App kan ik de gebruikers zien die zich hebben aangemeld. Naast hun naam staan symbolen als opties voor een actie. Het eerste symbool is een gele sleutel, het tweede is een rood kruis.
Waar vind ik de uitleg van de functies van deze knoppen en wat ze precies doen?

Je kunt er hetzelfde als in je admin account via de pc, alleen staat daar alles iets duidelijker. Kijk daar eens.
/admin achter je website, inloggen met je admin passworrd zoals dat in x5 staat bij acces management (stap1 -> advanced)
