Hello,

I've made some changes to the website. I've uploaded it several time (whole website).

When I go online no changes appear to have taken place.

Do you know what might be the problem?

Thank you

Did you refresh yoour browser to process changes? F5 or even better ctrl-F5?

This might help, best is to do this always when you are looking at website after upload, because time is usualy very small between previous visit and then your browser does use old data.

There should be map at bottom of page and form over it.

Top of the page shouldn't have the counter.

Tell me what you can see...

Hello Tom

If you're getting such an issue (403) it means that the folder in which you're exporting is wrong. The software can make no mistake here. It will export exactly in the folder you tell it to.

It's very probable that the destionation folder configured is incorrect. Unfortunately, the Staff cannot offer support for this since the correct destination folder is a piece of information that can only be given by the hosting

I suggest contacting them again and showing them the data you inserted in Step 5. Let's see if they can correct this for you

Thank you

Stefano

Well the site is deleted so you got the correct folder now. But if you upload it should be there, again are the folders the same?

upload to the exact same location you now have removed that should work if you can remove you can upload also.....

if this does not work do as Stefano suggested, contact your hosting provider.

Just looked for uploaded files from X5 and it does't seem to upload the index file. It can only be found in admin folder. I think I'm doing something wrong. Like first time in so many years and it's bit frustrating. Any ideas?

Hello Tom

Go to Step 3 -> Page properties on the Home Page.

Could it be that the file name is different from index?

It should say index here

Let me know what you see here

Stefano
