Anchors and sticky bar  en

Author: Michel M.

My anchors works perfectly but since I have a sticky bar, row content should be pulled down (by the same amount of pixels that the heigh of sticky bar) to avoid that row will be overlapped by the bar.

Maybe there's some kind of workaround though, but I don't know how to do it.

Maybe somebody can help me or this parameter can be added to the anchor section.

Thanks to all of you.

Michel, KolAsim adds a small piece of code https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/212033

I prefer add the anchor to the object above (if a suitable object does not exist I just add a simple seperator above the required object and place the anchor there)

Hi Esach,

Thank you for your solution who works, but I spent a very long time to workaround a nasty bug on W5.

For some reason, my first anchor cell content jumped to the next row!

I found that I soon I had the Image cell on right deleted, content didn't jump.
Of course,  deleting  simply  the  anchor  worked  too.

Thank you Michel - I do believe I have experienced that bug but failed to recognise it as such because I moved the anchor to the cell above.

... ... ... nasty bug on W5.... ... ... ...

(It > De) ... ... es ist kein Fehler des Programms,  daher funktioniert HTML für alle Websites, das gesamte Netzwerk...wink
... wenn Sie wirklich wollen, löschen Sie einfach die "Sticky Bar"  oder verwenden Sie sie nicht...

Hi KolAsim,

Things are not so simple. :-)

No, it's a bug because I'm adding some css and without that css the content don't jump.
Yes, it's a bug because the css should not cause that strange behavior.

Don't get me wrong, I love W5 (that's why I purchased 4 different PRO versions),but like any other, it is not perfect.

What I tried to achieve is fairly simple and you can find many ways to do it on Internet.
You can find one here: https://codepen.io/cferdinandi/pen/GRJvozN

Telling me that the solution is to not use the sticky bar is not really a solution, don't you agree?

I gave up anyway (at least for now), because with a simple css added w5 became totally instable, sometimes even the main menu didn't appear...

So I'll be glad to convert this question into a suggestion and kindly ask to the dev team to add an offset feature for anchors when sticky bar is visible.

As far as I see, I'm not the only user interested...;-)

Cheers.

Sorry, I forgot the word NOT.

So my sentence should be: No, it's not a bug because I'm adding some css and without that css the content don't jump.

...Hi, ... as you may have noticed, they are anchors in the old way, there is no fixed header at the top, and it works the same way as our program, neither more nor less, indeed less, because there is no friction in the scroll...wink...ciao...
