How to add the same image to several products in web shop?

Hello,
I have a shop with several hundred products and I would like to get the same image to all of them without adding them one by one. Is this possible?

Pauli, I guess it would be possible to do some sort of import, but a lazy way may be to simply replace the cart no preview image? (if this works it would unfortunately affect ALL projects when no image was included for a product)

I am sorry I don't quite follow..
Is it not possible to do it using this:
Pauli, in both an existing project and a new one I cannot add/replace an image to multiple products. Perhaps I am missing the obvious??
