What happen to parallax?

I went to set up a new page today and under rows, I say the parallax optioned faded out. I have used this option in the past. I also saw where you were asking for me to "purchase" this item. Please tell me I am overlooking something and you did not just take away an item I was using on my website and requiring me to pay for it now.

No row formats is not phased out here.....

restart pc and x5?
all pages? all projects? also new project?
Lauren, on mine parallax is faded out as an option only if coloured background selected. With all other options parallax is available.

whoa, that had me worried. you were right, when it was on "color" the box was faded, when I moved it to Gradient the box was unfaded... I can understand that theory. thank you
