Online Store Not Sending Emails  en

Hi folks,

I've got another headscratcher. My client's online store was working fine up until a few days ago, and all of a sudden, neither they nor their clients are receiving any confirmation emails/download links.

I haven't made any changes in the past few days, supposedly the server is working fine, and I have tried to reupload everything multiple times.

Any ideas?

Hello.Perhaps something has changed on the server.Try different scripts to send mail.I recommend SMTP.

Hi everyone,

I managed to resolve the emails, but now it switched tack to another issue. The Cart Generic Error when using the Buy Now button.

I have PHP 7.2.6 installed, and I have tried to ask my server provider to disable the PHP warnings, but they won't help.

Try PHP 7.3 or 7.4.

Actually, belay that, I got through to the server people and they finally disabled the warnings! laughing

Next question, I read on other posts that this was an issue that needed to be resolved, but from posts last year is it still an issue? I made sure the program was up to date...

Aleksej, unfortunately, the server company isn't very friendly, the max they go is 7.2.6 unfortunately :(
