Hello,

After upragrading to version 2021.2 I receive "Generic error" message after sending the order from shopping cart. The purchase seems NOT to be be completed. Both the buyer and seller receives email notification. Previously everything worked fine.

In the Website X5 manager application I have warning "escapeshellcmd has been disabled"- maybe these two problems are connected...

Please see attached the screen shot from the website and also the application.

If you need you can make an order to see what is wrong (I will erease the order)- www.all4pets.sk

We have a pro version.

Thank you for your assistance.

Check the PHP version from your websiteprovider, set this as high as possible, 8.0 would be the best choice.

Use there admin panel from your webhost or check there FAQ how to do this/check this, or ask them.

Thanks for your advise. We tried to set PHP 7.2 7.3 7.4 and 8.0, but still the same error.

It realy looks like the same error as there was with EVO.

for some users this worked:

remove all files from server, then do a full upload.

Just note do this at a time where you don't expect any users to be online.

I have also asked for Incomedia to look into this.

Hello Edita

The issue in your case is caused by the fact that PHP warnings are currently enabled on your website while they shouldn't be since your website is live and PHP Warnings are only made for testing purposes

Contact your hosting provider and ask them to disable PHP display of Warnings and Errors

The error should be fixed then

Try this out and keep me posted here

Thank you

Stefano
