I am extremely unhappy.I made a test site. and uploaded changes a few times, then one time x5 crashed while uploading and I lost the entire test website.

What upsets me most is that the program did not save.

It says in the documents when you preview it saves.

I assume if it saves it can be revovered.

Now it seems, I must MANUALLY backup if I want to recover if this happens again.

NOT HAPPY

Did you check the backup button in the project screen to see if you can redo a backup?

select project and click backup button.

It saves a backup file there, if it is set to on in the pulldown you have just below the save button (standard on when upload).

The whole project was gone. Also no backups. But there were a few Temp folders, which I could not import.

I have now taken the step to backup and save my projects.

This problem NEVER happened with v9 to v13, and I have used them all.

Anyways got to move on, I have voiced my displeasure, but cant live in that state.

I prefer the happy state, so choose that rather.

Well some say happy people live longer.....
Maybe you had luck with v9 or v13 or bad luck with latest version.

Anyway, when making a new website it is always good to make regurlar backups, best use step 5 export project. Do this after a lot of 1 hours of work or so, then you will never lose more then 1 hour work. Some small changes could be skipped but if there are more small changes, anyway you get it. make regurlat backup's every program can crash and the reason might not alway's be clear.

Thanks for the feedback.
