How to replace a mystery dropdown logo when scrolling down

I bought the smart welfare template, and have this issue with the logo.
I replaced it in the template tab,with my logo, but when scrolling down the page, any page, another
menu drops down, and it has the smart welfare logo, and I am unabke ti find where to change it.
please advise.

OK, no worries.
I have found it is called Sticky bar.
