Latest Beta 9.0.6.1755 - There's alot of bad bugs in this beta, i thought a beta would be a little bit more stable than this. Some of the problems i am experiencing:

1. Not uploading my changes

2. Crashes when i preview the pages

3. Not showing changes when previewing the site

4. Takes sometimes up to a minut before showing the preview

5. Custom template: When placing a vertical repeat backround in header, it goes from the header and in to the body template

There are more, but these are the biggest bugs, i hope you will release some fix to this soon, even thoug it's just a beta

Most of these are "USER" error and cannot be construed as "BUGS"

We are using: V9.0.6.1775 <------ This is the Latest update.....

Hello Christer, I confirm you that the version 9.0.6.1775 is the final version and it is not a beta. We didn't changes anything related to the upload or preview settings... Undecided

For more info about the changes we did you can have a look at the changelog here: www.websitex5.com/changelog/v9

About the issues you reported I think that the problem could be related to the project you created. It could be good to have some more info about that (URL or project file), so we can better check this.

Because you say that it is related to this last update, have you tried to uninstall this version (1775) and install the previous version? Thanks.

Frank: These are not "user bugs", it could be minor bugs in the software + I've seen your post's on other help forums that never lead to any good answer, my suggestion is that you try something ells to promote your website

Steve: Thank's for the reply. I thought i had the beta, because im signed up for it, but i guess there's no "new" beta for the moment. I re-installed the software, and everything seems fine for the moment. But it still seems that if i preview my site to many times it takes longer and longer time before it loads.

Christer K..... I do on average 5-10 remotes a week all over the world solving the X5 problems you mentioned above from 1-5!!

If you can be bothered to do a search on here for the above issues you would find that these have been solved already. And if my answers aren't helping X5ers my guestbook would not be full of praise and I would give up!!

I didn't insult you I merely offered you an answer that you could perhaps think about?

1. I never changed any post ;)

2. I never saw you posting an answer, just calling my x5 problem a "user bug" before even trying to be helpfull.

3. I've been using website x5 since 2006, and are used to small bugs and when i am experiencing one  i also report them.

4. I have seen your post's on this forum everywhere, and those are what i am talking about, what people say in your guestbook i really do not care about. I do NOT mean to insult you in any way, just saying that alot of the post's i see you are "helping" people with around here is pretty useless, and anoying because they always lead to people to go to your website finding nothing but flying ufo's.

BTW.. This thread is closed and solved
