Does anyone know how to place an external link (link to another website) in the main menu?

Create a level in 3 Sitemap and enter the link for URL under Properties.

Thanks for that. i wasn't clear enough. How do you place an external link (link to another website) in a dropdown menu that is located under the level?
Place a new layer below the layer
