Please help, I can't open my project?  en

I can't open my project. I've tried deleting the program and reinstalling it but it doesn't open either.
I hope WebsiteX5's user and support community can help me.

Where is the project stored (this can be found under preferences)? If it is in documents, is this inside one drive? If so, are you logged into one drive? Perhaps drop box? Or is it on a drive no longer accessible to WX5 (perhaps network or USB drive?

If your project is per chance on one drive or similar synchonised folder, please move it. This has been known to cause issues in the past.

Common errors when not opening WebsiteX5 project. It may be related to Microsoft's OneDrive service. It's best not to sync the Documents/ Incomedia/ WebsiteX5 folder... Let the folder containing the above path be a folder (Available on your computer) and don't sync it on OneDrive or other folders. applications and other cloud services.
