i cant publish my website on the Internet. All data is correct. The same account is used on two different computers. Is that what it's about? A warning appears that is server error.

If you use same x5 version, and it works on the other pc then it's not an x5 problem.
So check settings in x5, else firewall or connection?
If you confirm the error message with ok, you will come back to the export page. Are there any fields with a red exclamation mark? Please upload a screenshot of this export page with the exclamation mark.

nothing appears in red, may be the problem in the destination folder? FTP?

As mentioned by Andre, it is very probable that if you're using the same version of WebSite X5 and all the FTP credentials are the same too, there's an issue with the device specifically
Perhaps you have some firewall or antivirus blocking external connections? Also try and contact your hosting about this error. Perhaps they can tell you more about this port 54474 being blocked and can advise how to proceed

you can empty the destination folder in x5 and use the icon to pop up the folders of your webhost.
But then these settings should be different and you say they are equal. So check again settings as mentioned before, be aware of caps and spaces....
What's left is settings on this specific pc......
