Is There Any Way To Integrate paypal Commerce Online Shop With In Shop pos?

I'm wondering if there is any way to integrate PayPal commerce online shop with a in store POS system like PayPal Zettle? I'm wondering if anyone here has had any luck with implimenting their online stores with any in store POS systems, PayPal or otherwise?
