My clients site https://marcoimports.co.nz is a large site 1.47GB with 106 pages including eCommerce 987 products with over 3000 photos.
My client made a change to the project, deleting ONLY the price from 1 of the products i the project and with fast interenet connections set to 6 connections that 1 minor change when updated with selecting "export only the files modified after last export" took 90 minutes to upload which is about the same as time as a full upload..
So is "export only the files modified after last export" working correctly?
Appreciate comments plesae

Peter, did your client do a ctrl+preview to check change before upload? This will force a full update.

No.. Client does not know "CRTL + preview" even exists
This is active!
You can easily test this by performing two new uploads after an upload without changing anything on the side and seeing that only 2 - 3 files are uploaded the second or third time.
Remember that there are changes in head or foot, in e-commerce and general changes that affect all or many pages and then much more must be uploaded (head and foot all pages, e-commerce all pages with products .

If you have a lot of very large pictures, it can help to manage and upload them externally with FileZilla. These will then be listed as a link in the project and the project will be smaller and the upload will be completed faster.
