Can Google Analytics run simultaneously with Websitex5 statistics?  en

I had setup a Google Analytics code, but then later decided to also switch on Websitex5 to be less reliant on one source of information. So I selected that option... but I notice that Websitex5 does not allow both to be selected at the same time.

So I decided to make an assumption - that the Google Analytics code would remain in place in the html, and that it would not be disturbed if I switched on Websitex5. However, when I look at Google Analytics I notice a sharp drop-off in recorded traffic?

Could this be linked?

Hello.
"Can Google Analytics run simultaneously with Websitex5 statistics?" - Yes.
"I had setup a Google Analytics code, but then later decided to also switch on Websitex5 to be less reliant on one source of information." - is not always a good idea. In most cases, it is enough to use Google Analytics.

"that the Google Analytics code would remain in place in the html" - Put it here.

"Could this be linked?" - depends on where you put the code.
