Hello, everyone.
In the company's email, when we receive customer budget requests, emails are all grouped together. In the gmail settings there is a setting to separate but separates all email and we just want to separate the requests. Is there any definition in the x5 program so this doesn't happen? We also note that when the customer clicks on the enter to start a new paragraph in the email message the request is then sent, then we have several budget requests with the message in the middle, which causes the customer to send another request. Will it also be a definition of the program? Thanks
