Hi On my site a have a page for each service i offer my customeres. On every page in Field Tag keywords I have keywords simular to the service
About SEO/ Ranking on Goolge what is best
a) Type the keywords simular to the service as a part of the text on every page
b) type ALL the keywords for all pages in a page called keywords
C) do b on my wordpress blog connected to my site

"On every page in Field Tag keywords" - For Google, you don't have to.
"About SEO/ Ranking on Goolge what is best" - None of what you have listed. Since 2009 Google does not use the keywords meta tag in web ranking.
