Hello.You are looking at an example of a template configured in the 14th version of the program.As soon as I opened it in 2021.5.3 I saw this:

This is due to the page change in new versions of the program.

OMG.. why they change this? 

the client need to know a preview with shipmment and payement prices.. and on portuguese the translate is wrong, is telling, "fechar pedido" close the order, need to change this, to "prosseguir com o pedido" proceed with the order

i never see a ecommerce without a preview for shipmment on cart stats.. my clients are lost on this screen, im losing sales

The new eCommerce system was changed as to comply with modern e-commerce rules, where certain prices must be calculated according to specific data that isn't provided as soon as you get to the cart

As of now, this new configuration complies will all regulations while still providing an intuitive way to complete the cart

What exactly is the issue that your customers are getting?

As of now, we did not receive any particular report of issue concerning the initial steps of the order configuration

Thanks for the answer Stefano, here in Brazil, all the ecommerce sites show the freight simulation in the cart area. But if the standards are correct, who am I to doubt haha

And the problem of the button, how do I switch from close the order to continue with the order?

look, the default shipmment and tax at rigth side are consfuse.. people cant simulate the shippment and what is this tax????
