Email form on booking page stop working

E mail form on booking page on my website used to work pefectly but few weeks ago it stopped working until now I still don't know what's happended. Anyone please help me find the solutions. Thank you very much from Thailand

My provider said php setting is at 7.4 already.

Hello.Check your mail settings.Test different send scripts.
