I don't think the website has been created in X5.

Saying that, you could recreate the effect using javascript or Flash, but it doesn't look like something that can easily be created within X5

Looking through the page source code, it looks like they have used Adobe Flex to create the mouseover effect.

i.e. They used external 'plugins' to achieve an effect that X5 is not able to do itself.

and remember that if they used V9 all on its own half the site would look wrong and not work anyway due to it being full of bugs lol

I beleive it is possible to achive the same effect, i tried to put the whole slideshow in the header, because as far as i know, thats the only way to get the mouseover effect, but the images ends up behind the slideshow. I also did see a similair effect on another website x5 site, but yes - it could be external plugins.

You could use something like http://www.flashvortex.com to generate a .swf set of buttons for you and then add it in via the 'Flash Animation' feature.

WebSiteX5.com has been made with WebSite X5 Evolution 9.

To implement the Home page slider we used Flex Slider (http://flex.madebymufffin.com), since we included the jQuery library into WebSite X5 you can use a lot of different plugins simply by including them into the HTML code object.

Have fun! Wink
